How long it take to get activation code?

Download and install the app first. Then complete the payment. Once you have completed the payment and we obtained required information, the activation services takes less than 15 minutes. This dependes on the accurancy of the information you sent to us

For How many devices can I use the access code?

Once you purchase an app, the code sent to you only serves for a single device. The activation code generated can not be shared in any circumstances. If you want for multiple devices, you should pay per each device or you can use the package services

What happens when lost or change devices?

After your Purchase an App from us, if you lost or change your devices, you have a right to claim free activation for two addtional devices. This is only applicable if you lost your device 30 days after first device activation and 90 days after the second device activation.

Is there a refund service?

After you got an activation service, if you found our application different from the description you read in our official website or if the app failed to operate you have a right to ask for refund. The refund is only applicable if you have requested the claim within 30 days from the date of the initial purchase. Later refund requests are not considerable

What happen if I didn't send the information requested on the app?

Once you have completed the transactions, you should send us the information requested on the app as soon as possible. If you fail to send these information within 5 days, the transaction will be cosidered as donation and your request will not be processed. So you should strictly follow this procedure once you compeleted your transaction.

What activities could ban me?

If you tried to request activation code without paying, your request will be declined and we will notify you to pay. But repeating fake requests will permanently ban you from accessing any of our products. In addtion trying to spam, violating rules or scamming will ban you and your device  from using and accessing our Applications and products.
